Not theory from a book

More than ten years of real ring experience, handed on as a clear method.

Small enough that he sees you

The room is kept small enough that Phoe La Pyae watches every person and corrects them.

Train with people aiming at the same thing

Beginner, Fat Loss and Fighter among them — you work next to people with the same goal.

Who it is for

Beginners start from the basics, and they train only with other beginners, so don't worry about keeping up. Lethwei is for the body and the mind — not a fight in the street.

  • You want to lose fat and get leaner

  • You sit at a desk all day and barely move

  • You want the day's stress quieter

  • You care about Lethwei or Kickboxing

  • You want a stronger, fitter body

  • You are bored of gym machines

  • You want to know how to defend yourself

  • You want to change yourself for the better

Women train here too, and they train at ease.

Keep training and your discipline gets better, your body gets fit, you sleep better, stress gets quieter, and your confidence grows. You make new friends too.
