Privacy Policy

PLP Fight Club is a Lethwei and Kickboxing gym in Hlaing Township, Yangon (Branch 1, Thukha Street; Branch 2, Myakanthar). This page explains what information we keep, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. This website
You can browse plpfightclub.com without an account. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and the public site sets no tracking cookies. There are no forms here that collect your details.
2. Messenger
When you message our Facebook Page, the conversation is carried and stored by Meta under Meta's Privacy Policy. Our staff read and answer it in Meta's inbox.
Some replies are automatic. When you tap a button in our Messenger menu, our server receives the button you tapped and the page-scoped ID Meta gives your chat, uses them once to send the answer, and keeps neither. We do not store or log your messages on our own systems.
3. Gym members
When you join, we record what we need to run your training safely:
- name, phone number, date of birth, address
- an emergency contact
- any health information you choose to tell us
- your signed waiver and a profile photo
- attendance, fees paid, and your rank and progress
We use this only to run the gym — class registers, fees, safety, and coaching. Only the staff who need it can see it. Coaches do not see your address, emergency contact or health notes. We never sell your information or give it to anyone else.
4. Photos
Your photo is yours. By default, your photos stay inside our records and are not posted anywhere. We post a photo on social media or in marketing only if you have agreed to that use, and you can change your answer at any time. When you withdraw consent, we remove the public copies.
5. Your choices and deleting your information
- Messenger: our systems keep nothing from your chat. To remove the conversation itself, delete it in Messenger, and tell us if you also want it removed from our inbox.
- Members: you can ask to see or correct your record at any time. When you leave, your record is archived and your photos are no longer used. Payment records are kept for accounting for 1 year. Anything else you ask us to remove, we remove.
- To make any request, message us on Facebook or call 09 740 972 233 or 09 894 568 680. We reply within 7 days.
6. Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
